Today

Jillian and I went to the Murat Shrine Circus today. She was so very excited. She has had a fever off and on for the past couple of nights so I was afraid she wouldn't be able to go. I told her this while I was rocking her this morning at 4:00 a.m. She got so upset. I'm glad we got to go. I bought her cotton candy & Pastor John bought everyone popcorn. I also bought her a sword that lights up (can we say spoiled??). She wanted to leave early cause she wanted to go home, so I think she got a little bored. We ended up going back to school for the assessment of Carleigh. She ate lunch at school & then we came home. She didn't take a nap and fell asleep before 9:00 listening to Kenny Chesney on my iPod.
I found out today that she can count to 10 in English (obviously), Spainish & German! They are starting to learn how to count in French now too. She does a great job doing them. What a smart cookie. She told me last night she wanted french fries with her McDonalds & said "i will actually eat them." Which she didn't. When I asked her last night how she felt she said "i certainly feel fine." Maybe they are learning adjectives in school too beause she has used them a lot this week. LOL

Carleigh had her physical therapy assessment today. The ladies were really nice & said they didn't think she needed physical therapy at this time. They told us what we should do with her to get her up to speed. Mainly just to make sure she gets more floor time. And put things out of her reach so she has to reach for them which will help. They asked a lot of questions on what she can do. Which, she can do most of the things they asked, just not rolling over really or sitting up on her own. But she has gotten better at pushing up when on her belly. Even Mrs. Lori at school said she has noticed an improvement. She said they would also put her on her back because she didn't like being on her belly, but after we mentioned to them that she needed more belly time, they have been putting her on her belly & just letting her "cry it out." She has started to be a little happier on her belly too. Her head is flat, but at least she is a girl & her hair can cover it. Last night, we had Dr. Bozic take a look at a spot on her gum because it is white & seems to have gotten bigger. He said it is an Epstein Pearl, it is rare & should go away when she gets her baby tooth in that spot. She is so laid back & so happy, but I think that little girl is going to keep us on our toes :)
